Service Description:

Offers free legal support in immigration, refugee and citizenship law to eligible newcomers in Northwestern Ontario
Services that may be provided include issues affecting:- Persons Without Status
- Temporary Foreign Workers, International Students, and Visitors
- Temporary Residents or Persons Without Status who are victims of family violence or vulnerable workers
- Permanent Residents
- Resettled Refugees and Refugee Sponsors
- Refugee Claimants and Protected Persons

- Must be living in Northwestern Ontario (Thunder Bay District, Kenora District or Rainy River District)
- Must have low income or other barriers to accessing legal assistance
- Have an issue related to immigration law
