Service Description:
  • Helps individuals navigate the judicial system
  • Explains legal rights and court procedures
  • Provides Courtworkers (Criminal, Family or Combined Courtworker) who act as a liaison between the offender, the courts and the Aboriginal Community Council Program (ACCP)
  • Provides referrals, follow-up, and encouragement to offenders to become contributing members of the community
