Service Description: Provides supportive housing to self-identified Indigenous adults over the age of 16 who are at risk of becoming homeless, or who are already unhoused
  • Offers access to client support workers, wellness workers, outreach staff, nurse practitioners and other heathcare workers to help ensure the wellness of residents
  • 30 housing units
  • Staff support available 24/7 to support clients
  • Morningstar Detox Centre/Lake of the Woods District Hospital has a presence on-site facilitating a managed alcohol program aimed at assisting individuals experiencing alcoholism
