Provides a walk-in counselling clinic on a first come-first served basis for individuals 16 years of age and olderWorks with the Children's Centre Thunder Bay and Thunder Bay Counselling to provide the clinicServices available:- immediate mental health support
- information about community referrals for mental health, CMHA programs and referrals, addictions/harm reduction, housing, employment and financial supports as needed
Counselling services may include:- anxiety
- depression
- difficult life situations
- family conflict
- grief and loss
- parenting issues
- social isolation
- student/school stress
- work-related stress
Counselling is available via telephone or in-person
