Assists members with Native membership and registration forms and processesMaintains membership records for Whitesand First NationResponsible for writing blood quantum letters and BCR's for band transfersReviews all applications and documents related to membership and confirms residency letters for band membersProvides information about current and evolving Indian status changes and issuesActs as a liaison to the Indian Registrar of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC)May provide assistance in the following matters:- Birth certificates and related documents
- Death certificates
- Indian registration
- Marriage licenses and certificates
- Status card renewals
