Service Description: Provides technical advisory services on all operation and maintenance related items
  • Provides support with operations and maintenance related record keeping and evaluation of capital assets
  • Assists in applications for sources of funding for community assets
  • Provides advisory assistance with operation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems in member communities
  • Coordinates required training of water and wastewater operators
  • Investigates emergency situations and advises on course of action
Additional services can include advisory support on the following systems:
  • Integrated Capital Asset Management System (CAMS)
  • Capital Asset Inventory System (CAIS)
  • Maintenance Management Plans (MMP)
  • Asset Management Systems (AMS)
  • Asset Condition Reporting System (ACRS)
  • Reporting on the status of asset maintenance

Application: Services are delivered to community members at the local level (Band Office)
Eligibility / Target Population: Must belong to one of the member First Nations within the Independent First Nations Alliance (IFNA)
