- Healthy Lifestyles in Thunder Bay provides assessment, stress test, and prescription prior to local participation
- Program offered through Telemedicine connection to Thunder Bay for education sessions, exercises locally
- Allows 3 people per class (limited to exercise equipment in physio department)
