Service Description: Education and Exercise Class for adults with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
  • Offers a 7-week session
  • Program is delivered by Respiratory Nurse (from the Family Health Team) and Physiotherapist (from the hospital)
  • Maximum of 6 people per class



Fees: None - Most services covered by OHIP
Application: Referrals accepted at the Hospital Physiotherapy Department or Family Health Team
Eligibility / Target Population: Adults with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or other chronic lung diseases
