Service Description: Offers a 6-week education and exercise program for people with knee and hip osteoarthritis (OA) delivered by a certified therapist
  • Teaches participants the right way to move to reduce OA symptoms, reduce pain, take fewer amounts of pain medication and allow for increased physical activity and quality of life
