Service Description:

Offers a diabetes management centre to assist individuals in understanding and managing their illness
Services offered:- Diabetic screening and blood glucose monitoring
- Pre-diabetes clinics
- Prevention and awareness programs
- Meal planning
- Stress management and counselling
- Education about diabetes (insulin, glucose and nutrition)
- Promotion in understanding diabetes management and self care (type of diabetes and relationship between nutrition, exercise, medications and stress)
Program services are provided through:- Individual sessions
- Group sessions
- Health promotion activities
- Seminars, workshops and community awareness events
