Service Description:

Provides services that promote physical and mental health for community members- Provides health awareness, education and prevention workshops and seminars for all ages
- Hosts an annual community Health Fair at the Valhalla in Thunder Bay
- Coordinates the Good Food Box program
- Conducts home visits and offers support for children aged 0-6 years of age
- Offers body composition analyses
- Provides a health video library available to community residents
- Publishes a bi-monthly health newsletter "Biiboon" available on website or at Health Office
- Operates a toy lending library
- Provides referrals to additional services
