Service Description:
  • Offers a comprehensive holistic program for Indigenous children and their families living off-reserve
  • Offers traditional teachings in a culturally enriched learning environment incorporating Indigenous culture and language, education and school readiness, parental and caregiver involvement, social support, nutrition, and health components
  • Provides transportation when required for children to attend the Aboriginal Head Start (AHS) program
  • Offers the following program:

    • Home visit is scheduled and conducted before enrollment

    • Children 2-6 years of age
