Service Description: Provides support, treatment and rehabilitation services focused on improving the quality of life of individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness
  • Offers assessment, management and education about mental health symptoms
  • Provides supportive counselling
  • Provides administration, monitoring and documentation of prescription medications
  • Offers assistance and education with daily living skills
  • Provides training and support for securing employment
  • Provides services Mon-Sun 24 hours through a team of various health professionals including mental health counsellors, nurses, social workers, psychiatrist, addictions counsellor and a peer support worker

  • Intake assessment required

  • Approval for services is determined through collaboration between treatment staff, referring source and applicant
Eligibility / Target Population:
  • Individuals 18 years of age and older diagnosed with complex, long term, serious psychiatric issues

  • Clients must voluntarily agree to services
