Service Description: Investigates the possible causes of a stroke or TIA (mini stroke) and assists with strategies to prevent an occurrence or reoccurrence of symptoms
Key activities, conducted in individual or group formats are:
  • Blood pressure monitoring
  • Education and counselling
  • Lifestyle modification
  • Lipid management
  • Risk factor management
