Provides services and programs to enhance the lives of pregnant women and families with infants and young childrenProvides screening of new mothersOffers individual counseling services for pregnancy, child development concerns and related issuesPromotes breast feedingOffers welcome home bags with baby supplies to all new mothersProvides baby supplies to low-income familiesOffers education and information on various topics including:- Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) awareness
- Child nutrition issues
- Healthy cooking and shopping for families
- Prenatal nutrition

- Members of Deer Lake First Nation who are pregnant or new parents with children up to 18 months of age
