Delivers one time emergency financial assistance to Sioux Lookout Hydro, Hydro One and Synergy North (formerly Kenora Hydro) customers who qualifyMaximum grant is $500 per fuel per household per year, grant is credited directly toward electricity billAgency may be able to arrange a hold on a disconnection notice while a case is being reviewedAll decisions can be appealed

- Customers of Sioux Lookout Hydro, Hydro One and Synergy North (formerly Kenora Hydro) experiencing difficulty paying current arrears
- Decision will be based on several factors including long-term viability of the account
- Disconnection notice is not required to be eligible
