Supports Indigenous women and their families living with pre-diabetes or diabetes- Offers a wide range of community-based, culturally appropriate activities and services that are focused on education and prevention of diabetes
- Offers education and self-management support to fit an individual's lifestyle
Services include:- Basic foot care information sessions
- Educational activities and workshops on different topics, such as healthy eating, self care, cooking, and foot care
- Information about traditional foods
- Information sessions on gestational diabetes
