Service Description:

Offers an out-patient mental health program with a multidisciplinary approach to treating a variety of mental health issues
Provides individual counselling
Emphasizes skill based training and other integrative educational strategies to help clients achieve their goals
Offers groups including:

- Depression (Understanding Depression)

- Referrals can be made through the Thunder Bay Mental Health Programs Intake Coordinator or a completed Thunder Bay Mental Health Program Referral Form can be submitted through the Access Point Northwest website
- Referrals are accepted from clients, physicians, and community professionals and agencies
- Some services require referral directly from a physician or nurse practitioner
