Service Description: Free program for families with newborns and children up to 6 years old. HBHC offers friendly, family-focused support provided by Public Health Nurses and Parenting Partners trained in pregnancy, feeding, child development, parenting and mental health. HBHC offers many services, including:
  • Postpartum phone call following discharge from hospital
  • Postpartum visit in home or other location
  • Home visiting program
  • Referrals to other programs and services

  • People that are pregnant
