Service Description:

Assists newcomer youth to successfully transition to life in Canada by providing a variety of supports to meet their needs
The program can assist with:- Developing strategies to transition to life in a new country
- Referrals to appropriate outside agencies for services
- Homework and school assignment help
- English conversation and pronunciation
- Employment programs and opportunities
Youth Mentorship Program- Supports youth in achieving their full potential in education, employment, community engagement and leadership through volunteer mentors and group activities

- Youth Mentorship is offered to Aboriginal and Newcomer Immigrant/Refugee youth between 12 and 25 years of age
