Ontario Health atHome - Northern

Health care services offered at home, at school, and in the community, as well as access to supported living programs and long-term care, are coordinated by Ontario Health atHome to ensure people of all ages can make informed choices about their care, when and where they need it.
 
These services are located outside of Northern, but provide service to Northern.
