Service Description:

A recovery home that assists individuals in making the transition to a substance-free lifestyle
Located in the former Oliver Rd Public School on the corner of Oliver Rd and Ray Blvd
Operates a recovery home that provides support services to individuals with a substance abuse disorder
Offers pre-treatment services that help stabilize individuals so they may attend treatment
Offers post-treatment services to help individuals make the transition to an independent, substance-free lifestyle
Services offered include:
- Advocacy and referrals
- Individual counselling
- Peer support group
- Relapse Prevention
- Transitional skills

Program * None - for individuals with no source of income

- Call or visit website for an application package
- Intake interview required after the application has been reviewed

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
- Must have completed an assessment and/or treatment for chemical dependency
- Must be alcohol and drug free for a minimum of 5 days
- Must be in agreement with terms of residency
