Service Description:
|
Multi-service agency providing client-centred programs and services for adults with a developmental disability
Provides a safe, non-threatening neutral environment for non-custodial parties to visit with or exchange their children- Prearranges all details of visits or exchanges between individuals or family members involved with separation, divorce and custody issues to allow the visits/exchanges to be conducted in a peaceful manner
- Provides supervision by trained staff for each visit/exchange

Application:
|
- Referrals accepted through a Court Order and/or a Lawyer of either parent or child
- Voluntary referrals only accepted when both parties consent to participate
|

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
- Parents/caregivers who have unresolved conflict and tension over access to their child/children and
- Have been ordered by the Court to participate in Supervised Exchanges or
- Have both signed an agreement outlining the details of the arrangement for Supervised Exchanges/Visits
