Service Description: Provides programs and services to improve the quality of life for urban Indigenous people with a focus on social, educational and cultural development

  • Provides a network of support and mentorship for urban Indigenous people under community supervision orders
  • Coordinates mentorship as individuals exit incarceration, especially with regards to mental health or addiction concerns
  • Assists in navigating the justice system and complying with conditions
  • Provides access to cultural activities
  • Assists in reducing harm associated with behaviours
  • Recruits Indigenous mentors
