Supports urban Indigenous youth to achieve success based on self-determination and cultural reclamationProvides supports that promote mental healthFacilitates access to Elders and Traditional Knowledge HoldersOffers programs that include cultural teachings, traditional medicines, food education and language retentionServices may include:- Individualized services and peer counselling
- Plan of care and case management if required
- Youth culture camps with access to water/land based activities
- Sharing circles, storytelling and peer based activities
