Provides a minimal barrier housing service for individuals living with concurrent mental illness and addiction

Referrals are done through the Thunder Bay District Social Services Administration Board's Emergency Hostel Outreach Workers and through the Getting Appropriate Personal and Professional Support (GAPPS) Program

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
- Individuals 18 years of age living with a concurrent mental health and addiction issue
- Individuals who have been chronically homeless for more than one year
