Operates a 20-bed live-in recovery home that provides support services to individuals with a substance use disorderOffers pre-treatment services to help stabilize individuals so they may attend a residential substance use disorder treatment programOffers post-treatment services to help individuals make the transition to an independent, substance-free lifestyleServices offered include:- Advocacy and referrals
- Case management
- Peer support group
- Relapse prevention
- Transitional skills
- Traditional healing, counselling services and cultural supports are available from N'doo'owe Binesi's Indigenous Health Team

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Adults 18 years of age and older
Pre-treatment services
Recommended to have a confirmed treatment date but can apply while in the process of applying to treatment
Post-treatment services
Must have completed residential addiction treatment program within the past 12 months; if not applying directly from a treatment program, client will be assessed individually to determine program placement
- Must be alcohol and drug free at the time of admission
- May be required to attend a withdrawal management service prior to admission
- Must be in agreement with Crossroads terms of residency
