Section 23 Education Programs (also known as Education and Community Partnership Program (ECPP) are offered in Ontario's Care and Treatment Facilities, including:- Bruce J McKitrick Centre
- Dilico Anishinabek Family Care
- St Joseph's Care Group, Sister Margaret Smith Centre (Smith Clinic)

Children and youth who are receiving residential or day treatment services within Care and Treatment facilities and who are unable to attend school at the local school board
