Service Description: Offers a comprehensive holistic program for Indigenous children and their families living off-reserve

  • Offers a community-based program to help increase graduation rates among Indigenous youth
  • Supports students to successfully transition to post-secondary education, training, or employment
  • Services offered include:
    • Weekly tutoring
    • Mentoring from community members
    • Leadership program delivered by the Regional Multicultural Youth Centre Executive Youth Council
    • Cultural program delivered by Elder and Knowledge Keepers in the community
    • Financial support and advocacy

    Eligibility / Target Population: Focus is on Indigenous youth but any grade 9 student is welcome to call to determine if they are eligible
