Service Description:

Provides programs and services with a focus on improving emotional, physical and developmental services for children, youth, adults and their families
Provides services for families of infants and children with developmental delays or disabilitiesAims to help infants and children obtain an optimal level of developmentServices provided include:
- Assessment and screening to determine functioning levels
- Counselling for families with developmentally disabled children
- Case management including accessing specialized assessments
- Intervention for encouraging parent/caregiver participation in accessing services for children identified as being at-risk for developmental delay/disability
- Follow-up plans for families ending services to enable professionals (doctors etc) to continue meeting child's needs
- Parent workshops and resources on prevention and education about developmental topics
