Service Description:	Responsible for the delivery of provincially mandated services on behalf of the citizens of the District of Rainy River Responsible for the administration of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Maintains paramedic base locations and local and regional Heliports Serves Rainy River District communities through community paramedicine and land ambulance services Oversees more than 70 Public Access Defibrillation (PAD) units situated in these locations: see website
