The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Long-Term Care are working to establish a patient-focused, results-driven, integrated and sustainable publicly funded health system
Offers a grant that is a contribution towards the cost of incontinence supplies for children and youth with irreversible incontinence or retention problems Note: May not cover all costs

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
- Children and youth between 3-18 years of age
- Children with a chronic disability resulting in irreversible incontinence or retention problems lasting longer than 6 months and requiring the use of incontinence supplies
- Must have valid Ontario Health Insurance (OHIP) Card

Algoma, Cochrane, Kenora, Manitoulin, Nipissing, Rainy River, and Sudbury District
