Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Biinjitiwaabik Zaaging Anishinaabek (Rocky Bay First Nation) members- Tribal Council: Nokiiwin Tribal Council
(NTC)Political Territorial Organization: Union of Ontario Indians (UOI)Robinson-Superior Treaty
Delivers child care and protection services and family support services to community membersCollaborates with Child Welfare agencies such as DilicoPartners with community police officers and local nursing staff to identify and support troubled familiesServices offered include:- Prevention including support, advocacy and programs to prevent predictable issues
- Social repatriation efforts to establish relationships with children in care and their families
- Jordan's Principle workers to assist families to access available services and support
- Band representation to advocate for families with children in care
- Elders' committee to provide guidance, support and direction to families

Members of Biinjitiwaabik Zaaging Anishinaabek (Rocky Bay First Nation) and their children, both on/off reserve who are involved with a Children's Aid Society, experiencing family violence or struggling with maintaining a healthy lifestyle
