Service Description:
  • Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changes
  • Offers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counselling
  • Services are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families


  • Provides quick access to professional counselling and psychotherapy through Talk-In Counselling
  • Support available to First Nations and Inuit Health Branch Non-Insured Health Benefits (FNIHB NIHB), Indian Residential School (IRS) Survivors, individuals impacted by Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls

  • Fees: Service: covered by non-insured health benefits
