Service Description:

Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changesOffers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counsellingServices are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families
Provides support to youth with the transition out of care with the right confidence, skills and community connections Works one-on-one with individuals to help them to:- Access health and mental health services
- Access Human Trafficking supports and resources
- Connect to employment services
- Determine and access additional support as needed
- Identify and access life skills support
- Locate legal services
- Obtain education and training information
- Secure stable housing
Housing Support Workers provide housing supports and services to youth aged 16 and 17 who are involved in Voluntary Youth Services Agreements (VYSA)
