Service Description:
  • Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changes
  • Offers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counselling
  • Services are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families


  • Provides support to youth with the transition out of care with the right confidence, skills and community connections
    Works one-on-one with individuals to help them to:
    • Access health and mental health services
    • Access Human Trafficking supports and resources
    • Connect to employment services
    • Determine and access additional support as needed
    • Identify and access life skills support
    • Locate legal services
    • Obtain education and training information
    • Secure stable housing
    Housing Support Workers provide housing supports and services to youth aged 16 and 17 who are involved in Voluntary Youth Services Agreements (VYSA)
