Provides a wide range of community-based and culturally appropriate programs and services to Indigenous peoples residing in or migrating to the city
Serves as an alternative justice program in place of the regular court systemAllows each party to tell their story of how the crime involved and affected themOperates a voluntary pre and post charge diversion program for youthPrioritizes offender accountability, the needs of the victims, and community wellness and healingNOTE: Offenders who plead innocent must remain in the regular court system
