Service Description:	Operates a community centre for older adults that offers various recreational, educational and support programs and services. Helps seniors maintain an independent lifestyle by reducing isolation and loneliness through the support of friendship and socialization Provides volunteers who accompany seniors on short weekly walks Reduces stresses seniors may feel about going out alone
