Provides Indigenous people 100% capital funding and a fixed long-term mortgage interest rate; program developed originally by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC)?CMHC devolved the program to service managers and District Social Services Administration Boards with some of the individual subsidy agreements that had been signed for a 35-year term being acquired into the Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services (OAHS) portfolioExpiration of the mortgages will be between the years 2024 and 2029
