Provides programs and services to meet the needs of individuals of all ages with an intellectual and/or developmental disability
Offers housing subsidies to increase tenancy success for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, or are precariously housed and who live with serious menal illness and/or addictionSubsidies are designed to work with the private sector housing market and appropriate mental health, developmental services and addictions networksWorks in partnership with the Kenora District Services Board using the "Housing First" model
