Service Description: Provides programs and services to meet the needs of individuals of all ages with an intellectual and/or developmental disability

  • Offers housing subsidies to increase tenancy success for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, or are precariously housed and who live with serious menal illness and/or addiction
  • Subsidies are designed to work with the private sector housing market and appropriate mental health, developmental services and addictions networks
  • Works in partnership with the Kenora District Services Board using the "Housing First" model
