Service Description:	Promotes the rights and well-being of individuals with Alzheimer's Disease and their caregivers Provides Activity Kits and Caregiver Kits which allow individuals to engage in leisure and recreation activities optimally within their home Items are selected with the goal in mind of enhancing quality of life, well-being, positive emotion and promoting relaxation Kits include items such as: Colouring activities Crafts that promote stress relief Magazines Herbal tea Flower growing kits Stress balls Additional resources to further support individuals during this time of isolation Delivery available
