Service Description:	Operates an emergency shelter for abused women and their children New Horizons 2nd Stage Housing Offers a secure ten unit apartment building that provides temporary (up to one year), safe, affordable housing for women and their children Offers a variety of support services

Application:	Call for assistance, or application can be picked up from 2nd Stage Housing
Eligibility / Target Population:	Women 16 years of age and older who have been physically, sexually, financially or emotionally abused and their children. Woman must be placed on a waiting list for social housing in the community
