A partnership of 5 organizations: Alpha Court Mental Health and Addiction Services, Dilico Anishinabek Family Care, St. Joseph's Care Group, Thunder Bay Counselling and Norwest Community Health Centres, which provides support groups that teach day-to-day coping skills for people with complex needs
