Service Description:

Provides home care, personal support, and community services to enhance an individual's quality of life and to make them comfortable in their own home
Falls prevention classes and group exercises for older adults and people with mobility issues or chronic conditions- Aims to improve strength and balance to prevent injury and falls
- SMART Classes (Seniors Making Active Roles Together) are run by trained fitness instructors
