Service Description:

Functions as an independent agency of the Ontario Ministry of Labour; works to educate, advise and represent non-union workers who have been injured at work or who have been threatened or punished for following health and safety laws

Assists and represents non-unionized injured workers or their dependents with appeals before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeal Tribunal

Provides advisory services to injured workers and outside agencies on all aspects of worker's compensation appeals procedures and WSIB policies
