Provides a variety of rehabilitation services, mental health and addiction services, and long-term care services
Provides 30 transitional housing beds for individuals living with mental illness and/or addictions and who struggle with homelessnessProvides a safe, supportive environment with 24/7 supportOffers support to individuals to set short and long term goals to support transition to independent living in the communityOffers skill building groups that include literacy, cultural teachings, recreational therapy, and cooking groups

- Referral from a community worker
- Individuals will go through an assessment and screening process to determine if they're suitable for the Lodge
|

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Individuals 18 years of age and older who are continuing treatment and rehabilitation for mental health and problematic substance use that poses a barrier to maintaining safe, stable housing and
- Are currently homeless (including transitional or inadequate housing and not paying rent) or
- Are currently on the Rent-Geared-To-Income waitlist and qualify for high needs housing
- Have current involvement with a community support or case management provider and
- Must have some form of income support (ie OW, ODSP, pension)
