Service Description:

Provides a wide range of community-based and culturally appropriate programs and services to Indigenous peoples residing in or migrating to the city
Helps individuals navigate the judicial systemExplains legal rights and court proceduresProvides Courtworkers (Criminal, Family or Combined Courtworker) who act as a liaison between the offender, the courts and the Aboriginal Community Council Program (ACCP)Provides referrals, follow-up, and encouragement to offenders to become contributing members of the community
