Service Description: Provides a multi-site, multi-function health care system serving the residents of the Rainy River District

Provides scheduled walk-in counseling services for non-emergency mental health issues including:
  • Adjustment to illness, disabilities or loss
  • Anxiety
  • Coping with mental illness
  • Depression
  • Life choice and career issues
  • Low mood disorders
  • Panic disorders
NOTE: Counseling NOT available for addictions or suicidality (will be referred to Emergency Dept)

Fees: None
Application:
  • Call to complete Intake Assessment and book phone/virtual appointment

  • Sessions offered only as a single therapy-focusing session on one main concern

  • Appointments available for 45 minutes each
Eligibility / Target Population: Individuals 18 years of age and older experiencing acute mental health situations but not requiring emergency assistance
