Service Description:

Provides a walk-in youth centre which serves as a centralized location to access mental health and substance use services integrated with a range of other youth servicesOperates through a collaborated effort with 20 existing social service agencies in Kenora, led by Kenora Chiefs Advisory
Provides youth and young adults with a centralized location for access to services including mental health, addictions and crisis support, counseling, primary care and social supports related to employment, income and housingIncludes peer services, outreach, and system navigation servicesStrives for early identification and prevention, and seamless access to more specialized care and treatment, if neededSupport can be accessed in person, by telephone or textingBelongs to the network of Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario
