Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changesOffers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counsellingServices are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families
In partnership with Children's Centre Thunder Bay, provides immediate, single sessions of counselling to children, youth, adults, couples, parents, and families, via phone, video or in-person sessionsAssists individuals to deal with a variety of personal issues including the following: - Abuse
- Child Behaviour/School Problems
- Depression and Anxiety
- Family Conflict
- Grief and Loss
- Parent/Child Conflict
- Relationship Issues
- Substance Use Health
- Stress
