Service Description:

Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changesOffers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counsellingServices are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families
Helps families develop plans for their children and youth when child protection services is concerned about their well-beingProvides a free and voluntary service that can be faster and less complicated that going through courtFamily Group Decision Making (FGDM)- Brings together family members and service providers, including Child Protection Services, to develop plans that makes sure everyone is safe and well
Child Protection Mediation (CPMed)- A mediator works with the family and the Child Protection Worker to talk through issues together and develop a plan for the child(ren) that addresses the concerns raised by Child Protection Services
